AUBURN, Ind. — Porch swings have popped up throughout downtown, with this year’s Downtown Auburn Business Association’s Summer Art Exhibit.
This year’s exhibit features 16 painted porch swings that will adorn the sidewalks of downtown Auburn throughout the summer.
Each of the swings are sponsored by a local business and were built by local carpenter Craig Presley of 4/4 Wood Products in Pleasant Lake.
All outdoor swings will be available to bid on all summer, using the QR Code which is attached to each swing. The auction will be ongoing throughout the event.
By picking up a Downtown In Full Swing flyer from local businesses you will have a chance to vote for the top three swings. Cash prizes will be awarded to the artists at the end of the show.
DABA utilizes the proceeds from the art exhibit to fund future summer art exhibits and many other downtown events.
