AUBURN, Ind. – Auburn city employees are showing their support for today’s Pink Out celebration, sponsored by Auburn Tri Kappa.

This is the 9th year the local philanthropic organization has brought awareness to breast cancer and its effects on DeKalb County, Northeast Indiana and the United States. The mission is to raise awareness in our community, educate about early detection, and save lives.

Downtown Auburn will be filled with activity throughout the day including Francine’s Friends Mobile Mammography unit at the James Cultural Plaza from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 260-483-1847.

Other events include The Hubie Ashcraft Band from 6-8 p.m. at the James Cultural Plaza and the American Legion Riders from 6-7 p.m.

Downtown activities today include the first Third Thursday Cruise-In hosted by the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival and sponsored by Beacon Credit Union. The cruise-in will include participants in the 2023 Great Race Spring Rally. The rally is calling Auburn home throughout the weekend.
