AUBURN, Ind. -- A recently launched website by the Auburn Development Group will highlight and inform residents on the construction of The Auburn at the corner of Main and Ninth streets in the heart of historic downtown Auburn.
The Auburn will be a mixed-use, four-story building that will serve to attract and retain talent in the Auburn community. The mixed-use development will sit on the former site of the former Auburn Hotel. The Auburn will become a long lasting part of Auburn's downtown ecosystem. A new 2,900 square-foot restaurant space will be added with outdoor dining to further enhance Auburn's downtown culture and nightlife.
The four-story building with nearly 11,000 square-feet of commercial/retail space on the first floor, luxury apartments on the second floor and third floor, and private residential on the top floor.
The website will feature daily/weekly updates on the construction of the new building, which is set to begin construction this summer. The site will also feature a live stream of the on-going construction.
